On February 25, U.S. Army Sergeant Debra Millender, mother of three, received the keys to her newly renovated, mortgage-free home in St. Louis, made possible through a donation from Bank of America and the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP). In a special celebration, Bank of America St. Louis Market President Jackie Yoon and Richard Mercado of VAREP welcomed the Millender family home. Through these efforts, Bank of America is helping to increase sustainable homeownership and economic opportunity for active military and veterans in St. Louis and across the country.
